Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wenbot — the Telegram bot, Mini App, and web application (together, the "Service"), operated by the company behind wenbot (the "Company", "wenbot", "we", "us"), which operates as a UAE free zone company (FZCO). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Wenbot is a non-custodial trading terminal that helps you check, route, and execute your own token swaps on Base and Solana. It provides tools and information; it does not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

Wallets are provisioned and secured through Privy's TEE-backed infrastructure. Wenbot never holds your private keys and never takes custody of your assets. You are solely responsible for your wallets, your keys, your account security, and every trade you authorize.

Because the Service is non-custodial, we cannot reverse, cancel, freeze, or recover a transaction or funds once you authorize a trade. Blockchain transactions are final.

Wenbot runs best-effort safety checks (for example via GoPlus and Honeypot.is) before a trade. These checks are informational aids, not guarantees. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and a token that passes a check can still fail, rug, or become unsellable. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

Wenbot provides tools, not advice. Nothing in the Service — including quotes, safety flags, trending views, smart-money feeds, or any content — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. Decisions you make using the Service are yours alone. Consult your own qualified professionals before trading.

Wenbot charges a per-swap fee that ranges from 1.00% down to 0.40% depending on your AVT tier. There is no subscription. Network gas and third-party routing costs may apply separately and are outside our control.

We may change fees over time; we will provide notice of changes through the Service. Continuing to trade after a fee change takes effect means you accept the new fee.

AVT tiers and Wenpoints are utility mechanics: holding AVT can lower your per-swap fee and unlock features, and Wenpoints are a rewards mechanic tied to your activity.

We may adjust, pause, or discontinue these mechanics as the product and any applicable requirements evolve.

To use the Service, you represent that you:

• Are of legal age to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction;
• Are not located in, or a resident of, a prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction, and are not on any applicable sanctions list;
• Will comply with all laws that apply to you when using the Service.

Geographic restrictions may apply, and a formal geo-gate is pending. We may restrict or refuse access where use would be unlawful or where we are required to do so.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, or facilitate one;
• Launder money or finance sanctioned or criminal activity;
• Manipulate markets — including wash trading, spoofing, or pump-and-dump schemes;
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the bot, app, or API;
• Infringe others' rights or attempt to defraud other users.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Adding the bot to a Telegram group is subject to the Wenpulse data handling described in our Privacy Policy: the bot reads group messages only to detect contract addresses, stores only the contract address plus salted hashes of the chat and user ids, and contributing to the global trending view is opt-in via /pulse_settings. If you add the bot to a group, you confirm you are permitted to do so under that group's rules.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that safety checks are accurate, or that quotes, routing, or fills will meet your expectations. The Service depends on third parties (wallets, routers, bridges, data providers, and blockchains) whose availability we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wenbot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, tokens, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including trading losses, failed or delayed transactions, scam or honeypot tokens, or third-party failures. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wenbot and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trades, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (and the rules of the applicable UAE free zone), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms: privacy@wenbot.io.
